Blake built his career in the trenches of Texas campaigns, working his way up from field organizer to field director to executive director by getting results other people couldn’t. Along the way he’s recruited, trained, and led hundreds of organizers and volunteers, and built programs responsible for more than 840,000 voter contacts. Today he serves as Deputy Campaign Manager on the second-largest field program in the state, running the day-to-day operations that keep a campaign moving. Blake founded Be Someone Consulting to bring that same discipline and drive to campaigns and organizations across Texas — and he’s building a team that shares it.
